Katamusikku's newsroom operates with strict independence from its commercial and advertising teams. Advertisers, brand sponsors, and record labels have no input into news coverage, reviews, or scores, and have no advance access to editorial material.
Paid & Sponsored Content
All paid placements are prominently labelled as sponsored or advertising at every touchpoint: in feeds, on article headers, and in newsletters. Sponsored articles are created by a dedicated branded content team and are permanently excluded from editorial leaderboard rankings.
Review Integrity & Scoring
Scores are assigned solely by the reviewer and editorial desk on an uncompromised 10-point scale. No advertiser or label is ever shown a score prior to publication, and we never accept payment, gifts, or travel inducements to review a release.
Corrections & Transparency
Factual errors are corrected promptly with a dated explanatory note appended to the foot of the article. Substantive rewrites carry a clear version update note.
